The results can be summarized as follows: The operating results of company and its subsidiaries 3Q2012, the company's consolidated profit for third quarter amounted to Baht 28.21 million, an increase of Baht 10.11 million or 55.85% over the same quarter last year (Baht 18.10 million). This was due to 1. The company's consolidated revenue for Q32012 amounted to Baht 102.31 million, an increase of Baht 19.38 million or 23.36 % over the same quarter last year (Baht 82.93 million). This was due to: - Revenue from debt collection service decreased Baht 2.47 million or 8.34% due to the decrease of debt collection word load. - Revenue from collecting debt from purchased account receivable increased Baht 19.71 million or 37.02 % due to purchase more account receivable. - Interest income from leasing contract increased Baht 2.14 million due to increasing of car loan service. 2. The company's consolidate gross profit amounted Baht 51.10 million, an increase of Baht 10.92 million or 27.17 % over the same period last year due to the increase of the performance of the Company and its subsidiaries. 3. The company's consolidated cost of sale and administrative for 3Q2012 amounted Baht 14.27 million, an increase of Baht 5.58 million or 64.22 % over the same quarter last year (Baht 8.69 million) due to the company had established a higher reserves and staff expenses.
